Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Namaste, Welcome to India! You will be welcomed by your private driver at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2: Flight Delhi - Leh - Nimmu
Transfer to the airport to take your flight to Leh in Ladakh! Take advantage of the height to admire the magnificent landscapes that are available to you. Arrival and welcome by your new driver and route to the village of Nimmu. Installation at your hotel. Overnight at Nimmu.

Day 3: Nimmu
This village is an oasis of peace in the heart of Ladakh. This village is located at the crossroads of the Indus river and the Zanskar river at 3100m altitude. It is a small traditional village. Visit the two small monasteries of Nimmu and explore the surroundings. It really is a great place to rest. Overnight in Nimmu.

Day 4: Nimmu - Sumur
Today route to the valley of Nubra (before town on the Silk Road). It is a winding road in a mineral landscape. You pass the Kardung La pass at 5600m where you can stop to admire the magnificent view of Leh and the surrounding mountains. The rest of the road is greener and you pass the Shyok river with turquoise waters. Arrival in Sumur. Visit of Samstanling monastery (2nd largest monastery in the Nubra valley) Overnight in Sumur.

Day 5: Sumur
Today you will visit the city and its surroundings. Visit of the 14th century Tiskit monastery, it is the oldest of the valley. Its wall paintings and its imposing statue of Maitreya (32m high) are not to be missed. The statue was blessed in 2010 by the Dalai Lama to protect the village, to prevent a war with Pakistan and to promote world peace. Then visit the sand dunes of Hunder and the camels of Bactria. The dunes surrounded by snow-capped mountains are magnificent. Bactrian camels are witnesses to the time when Hunder was a stage on the Silk Road. Overnight in Sumur.

Day 6: Sumur - Stok
You will leave in the morning for your next stop, the city of Stok. This town is home to a 14th century monastery with a 22m Buddha statue, do not miss the visit. Overnight in Stok

Day 7: Stok
A nice visit in the program today. Indeed, the palace is from the 19th century and is the current residence of the royal family from Ladakh. Do not miss the visit to the Palace Museum which contains the crown, the ceremonial dress and the jewelry of the King of Ladakh. Overnight in Stok

Day 8 Stok - Delhi
Transfer today to the airport for your flight to Delhi. Installation at your hotel. Overnight in Delhi.
