Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Namaste, Welcome to Nepal! This country located in the chain of the Himalayas promises you a culture and landscapes for a guaranteed change of scenery. You will be met by your private driver at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Tours of Kathmandu according to your arrival time

Day 2: Kathmandu

Start your day with a visit to the famous site of Pashupatinath, the most important temple of Hindu culture in Nepal. You will visit also the essential place of Durbar Square with its many temples with multiple roofs. It was once the place where the kings of the city were crowned. End your day by strolling through the shopping streets of Thamel.

Day 3: Kathmandu - Chitwan

Depart in the morning for Chitwan National Park. It is the oldest national park in Nepal. It was created in 1973 and registered in 1984 on the heritage list. It covers almost 1000km² and is home to several species on the way of extinction.

Day 4:Chitwan

Today choose your activity at Chitwan Park. For adventurers, set off to explore the jungle and river by canoe or bicycle. If not opt for the jeep safari with a naturalist guide who will explain the surrounding flora and fauna to you.

Day 5: Chitwan - Pokhara

Today you will take the road to Pokhara. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and take advantage of your evening to take a tour of the city and admire a sunset on the annapurnas.

Day 6: Pokhara

Pokhara is a city located at the edge of the immense Fewa lake and in the background the Himalayan chain. It is with this surrounding that you will discover the city. For athletes, after a short boat ride, followed by a short hike of 1 hour to the Peace Pagoda is not to be missed. On foot or by car, the city of Sarangkot also called the balcony of the Annapurna is to be seen. The mountain museum is also a nice place to spend a few hours to learn many things about the mountains around you. For the religious and nature side, the "Devi's fall" or waterfalls are to be seen. Day 7: Pokhara - Kathmandu

Take a stroll on the lake early in the morning to see the sunrise. You will then take the road for a return to Kathmandu.

Day 8: Flight Kathmandu - Thimphu

Transfer to Kathmandu airport for your flight to Thimphu. You will fly over amazing landscapes during the flight over the Himalayas. Once you arrived, your driver welcomes you and you will take the road to your hotel (do not miss en route to observe Mount Jomolhari which rises to 7316m).

Day 9: Thimphu

You will start your day with a visit to the Chorten memorial built in honor of the 3rd King of Bhutan. You will also visit the Folk Heritage museum which offers a fascinating testimony to the way of life and traditions of Bhutan. In the afternoon you will discover the monastery of Tashi chhoe Dzong, one of the largest fortified monasteries in the country. It houses the secretariat, the throne room and the offices of the King of Bhutan.

Day 10: Thimphu - Punakha (3 hours by car)

In the morning, drive to Punakha, the ancient capital of the kingdom. You will visit the monastery of Chimi Lhakhang and its temple dedicated to a Rabelaisian monk. If the weather allows it, stroll around the surrounding villages. The flora is rich thanks to the climate. You can see rhododendrons, magnolias, laurels, fig trees and others.

Day 11: Punakha - Paro (4 / 5H by car)

Morning visit to Panakha Dzong, previous winter residence of the royal family. It is surely one of the most beautiful architectural works. Then you will take the road to Paro. If time permits, visit Kyichu Lhankhang (it is the oldest monastery in Bhutan dating from the 7th century). Installation at your hotel for the night.

Day 12: Paro

Paro is a city which is surrounded by mountains culminating at over 7000m above sea level. It is a city full of beliefs and legends. In the morning, take a little stroll to Takstang monastery or "the den of the Tiger". Significant property damage was caused by the fire in 1998 and many years of work have been essential for this restoration in order to obtain a meticulous result as it is today. It is the most sacred site in Bhutan, it is visited by all Buddhists at least once in their lives. If time allows, wander the main street to buy your souvenirs.

Day 13: Flight Paro - Kathmandu

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Kathmandu.

Day 14: Kathmandu - Departure
