Day 1: Arrival in Bhubneshwar

You will be welcomed at Bhubaneswar airport by your private driver and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon visit the tribal museum, Khandagiri and the Udaygiri Jain caves which date from the 2nd century BC. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Bhubaneswar - Puri (70km)

After breakfast, visit the Temple of Parasurameswar (dating from the 7th century AD), the Mukteswar Temple (dating from the 10th century AD), the Temple Rajarani (dating from the 11th century AD) and the Lingaraj Temple (dating from the 11th century AD). After lunch, drive to Puri and visit along the way Temples of Dhauli, Chousathi yogini and Pipili. Night in a hotel in Puri.

Day 3: Puri - Konark - Puri (90km)

After breakfast, you will take the road for the Temple of the Sun in Konark. Then visit a fisherman village. Finally road to return to Puri along the coast to visit the Temple of Jagannath. Night in a hotel in Puri.

Day 4: Puri - Chilka - Gopalpur (180 km)

After breakfast, drive to Gopalpur, visit the craft town of Raghurajpur and Chilka Lake (bird paradise) on the way. Night in a hotel in Gopalpur.

Day 5: Gopalpur - Rayagada (240 km)

Drive to Rayagada via the eastern ghats, enjoy the scenic beauty and visit the villages of Kumuti, Saora and Kondh. Night in a hotel in Rayagada.

Day 6: Rayagada

Drive to Kotagarha market and visit some Kutia Kondh villages. Night in a hotel in Rayagada. (Must be a Tuesday).

Day 7: Rayagada - Chatikon - Jeypore (220km)

In the morning, drive to Chatikona market to see the Dongria Kondh tribes, different from the others, with their distinct dresses, hair and jewelry. After the lunch, drive to Jeypore to visit the tribal villages of Mali and Kondh. Overnight in Jeypore. (Must be a Wednesday).

Day 8:Jeypore - Onkudeli (170km)

After breakfast, drive to the Onukudeli market to see one of the most primitive tribes in the world, the Bondas and Gadabas. Night at the hotel. (Must be a Thursday).

Day 9:Jeypore - Kunduli - Jagdalpur (160km)

After breakfast, transfer from your hotel to Jagdalpur via the Kunduli and Dhurwa tribal market and the Kotpad weaving village. Night at Bastar Jungal Resort. (Must be a Friday).

Day 10: Jagdalpur

In the morning visit the Bison-horn Maria tribe, famous for its dance and hospitality. In the afternoon, visit the Kanger Valley National Park and a market. Night at the hotel.

Day 11: Jagdalpur - Bastar (120km)

Visit of the bastar surroundings, the anthropological museum, tribal villages and after the Chittar kote waterfall. Overnight at Jungle Resort.

Day 12: Bastar - Kanker (150km)

After breakfast, drive to Kanker and visit the Kondagaon tribal handicrafts, wrought iron and terracotta on the way. Overnight at Kanker Palace.

Day 13: Kanker

Full day to visit the tribal villages of Muria. Discover the Ghotul system in their village and savor their delicious local food. Afternoon, visit the market. Night at the palace.

Day 14: Raipur – Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Raipur airport for your return. End of services.
