Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
Namaste, Welcome to India! You will be welcomed by your private driver at the airport and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2: Flight Delhi - Leh
Transfer to the airport to take your flight to Leh in Ladakh! Take advantage of the height to admire the magnificent landscapes available for you. Arrival at the airport and reception by your new driver and installation at your hotel.

Day 3: Leh (acclimatization day)
The city of Leh is at an altitude of 3500m, so it is necessary to make a day of acclimatization for your body to get used to the altitude. Take advantage of this day to rest but also to discover the city of Leh. You will visit the old city of Leh, old of 500 years. The city has not changed much, partially in ruins, it is an authentic city, it is such that at the time of the Silk Roads. Visit the palace and if you are acclimatized, push on to Namgyal Tsemo Gompa which dates from 1430. Overnight in Leh.

Day 4: Leh - Lamayuru - Kanji
Today departure for your trek, your driver will take you to the starting point of the walk that begins in the village of Kanji (about 6 hours by car). On the way you will stop to visit the monastery of Lamayuru perched at 4000m altitude it is one of the oldest in the region. The view of the "valley of the moon" is breathtaking. Night in Kanji at 3850m.

Day 5: Kanji - Shila Kong
Today is the start of your trek, you set foot in the famous Zanskar Valley. About 5 hours of walk will lead you through green landscapes, which contrast with the aridity of Ladakh, Your next stop Shila Kong. Night in a tent in Shila Kong at 3900m.

Day 6: Shila Kong - Spangthang
Today you will cross the Yokma La pass which culminates at 4700m before continuing your walk to the next camp at Spangthang. It is a grazing road, where herds of sheep, goats and yaks pass. Take advantage of its 7 hours of walk for a total change of scenery and a breath of fresh air. Camp in Shila Kong at 4100m.

Day 7: Spangthang - Manechen
Today you will need to have a good breakfast to fill up on strength. Count around 8h of walk because you will have to cross the Sniuguste La pass at 5140m, the highest pass of your trek. Don't hesitate to hang Buddhist prayer flags on the top. Enjoy the magnificent landscapes above, before starting your descent to your next stop. Night in a tent in Manechen at 4370m.

Day 8 Manechen - Photoksar
This morning, gradual ascent to the Sisir La pass at 4850m then descent to the village of Photoksar, count around 7 hours of walk. It is an atypical village in Zanskar with its huge rock faces and fairy chimneys. Night in a tent at 4150m.

Day 9 Photoksar - Sengge La
Today you will walk around 7h to reach the foot of the Sengge La pass or the "lion pass" at an altitude of 5090m, which you will climb tomorrow. Your day of walking will be through pastures and streams and passing the Bhumikste pass at 4200m. Night in a tent at 4290m.

Day 10 Foot of Senge La - Gonma
Surely the most difficult day of your trek today with the ascent of the Sengge La pass, but the reward is worth the effort. Above, still admire the panorama of its high Himalayan peaks. After it is a gradual descent to the village of Gonma. Night in a tent at 4100m.

Day 11 Gaunma - Foot of Hanuma La
Today you will walk around 8h and you will pass the village of Lingshed on the way. Do not miss the visit to his monastery. Then pass the small Chapskang La pass at 4200m and arrive at your next stage at the foot of the next pass to cross, Hanuma La. Night in a tent at 3840m.

Day 12 Foot of Hanuma La - Zingchen
Today, cross the Hanuma La pass at 4710m. Walk for around 6 hours and enjoy the green landscapes, the many chortens, Buddhist stupas and gorges. Overnight in tent in Zingchen at 3390m.

Day 13 Zingchen - Hanumil
You start your walk by crossing the Parfi La pass at 3900m. Then you will reach your next stage (about 6 hours of walking) along the Zanskar river. Night in a tent in Hanumil at 3900m.

Day 14 Hanumil - Pishu
Today you will head to Pishu, the ancient city of the Zangla Empire. 5 hours of walk up the Zanskar river. Take advantage of the rest of your day to rest and meet the villagers or to visit the village nunnery. Night in a tent in Pishu at 3500m.

Day 15 Pishu - Karsha
Easy, almost flat stage along the Zanskar river today (around 7 hours walk). On the opposite bank, the Tongde monastery overlooks the valley. Do not miss the visit of the amazing Gompa. Night in tent in Karsha at 3600m.

Day 16Karsha - Kargil
Today walk to Kargil your last stop on this trek. It is little Balistan, a Muslim enclave in the upper Himalayas. Visit the Kargil War Memorial, a tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives during the war against Pakistan. Overnight in Kargil at 2750m.

Day 17 Kargil - Leh
Today drive to Leh (about 6 hours by car). On the way you will stop in Mulbekh to see the famous 9m high Buddha statue and its 2 gompas. On the way you will also pass the 2 passes known as Namika La and Fotu La which culminates at 3718 m and 4108 m. The mountain ranges and valleys offer spectacular views of the entire region. Day 18Leh
Last day in Ladakh in the city of Leh, take advantage of this day to visit Sankar Gompa for culture lovers or take the opportunity to pack your bags for shopping lovers. Overnight in Leh.

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Delhi. Installation at your hotel and overnight in Delhi.
